TSC puts the “T” in DATA

In this video from our June 2026 retreat, Rachel, TSC’s Senior Manager of Programs, shares insights from Capacity Building Program recipients over the past six months. The findings highlight the continued financial uncertainty facing trans-led and trans-serving organizations.
Among respondents, 45% reported that things are going “just okay,” while 56% have already begun fundraising efforts beyond applying for grants. Looking ahead to 2027, only 11% described their financial outlook as good, and 22% said it is not looking good at all.
These findings underscore why TSC is proud to participate in the Trans Futures Funding Campaign: to help raise critical resources for trans-led and trans-serving organizations while continuing to provide coaching and capacity-building support that strengthens long-term sustainability.
