Our Leadership Development Programs

We provide TGNC-led trainings and leadership development cohorts that are tailored to the unique needs of TGNC leaders, particularly for Black, Indigenous, People of Color (BIPOC) leaders. In addition to our 1-on-1 executive director coaching through our traditional capacity building model, these cohorts foster a sense of community and camaraderie amongst TGNC leaders in the movement towards TGNC liberation

We understand that traditional leadership development models may not be suitable for TGNC communities, which is why we are dedicated to providing a tailored approach to leadership development that works for TGNC Leaders. Our trainings and fellowships are designed to be engaging and relevant, and we also offer personalized coaching to help individuals achieve their professional goals.
